Thank you for contacting Animal Jam Support Headquarters.


We are very sorry to hear about this experience. We take the safety and security of all of our players very seriously, and want to assure you that we have highly trained moderators available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to monitor all activities in Animal Jam. Should we find any players breaking the Animal Jam rules, we will be taking swift and appropriate action on their account.
